How to recover what you might have forgotten
If you cannot remember your username or password, you can try to get some hints from the Settings guide which might help you to recall what you need. If this do not help you, and if you can access your e-mail at the place you are now, you can request an e-mail send to the e-mail address you use at Holiday-Secure.
You must choose which one you want us to send (either username or password), since we for security reasons do not send username and password in the same e-mail. When you request for one of them, we send you an e-mail at once. In the case that you might have forgotten both your username and your password, you can get both, but only in two separate e-mails with a security delay between them. This means that you must request them one at the time and you must wait at least 3 minutes before you can request a second mail.
For your security e-mails send to you from this page always includes the IP-number of the computer they have been requested from.
