About customers
It must be clear to a potential customer that you are acting as an independent individual private person. The customer should not get the impression that you are an employee of Holiday-Secure. |

The service
You can not tell a potential customer that a lost credit card could result in the complete loss of all the customer's money, because if you do not know the customer's nationality, that might not be true. Several countries have stated a legal maximum amount per card, which is possible to lose, and this amount may differ in different countries.
On the other hand you can tell a customer that if the customer loses a wallet or purse with five credit cards, this customer may lose a total amount of the maximum amount five times, because the maximum amount applies to each single card.
Usually, the same applies to mobile phones. If a thief makes calls from the phone, the loss could be the maximum amount for each phone, the customer might lose. |

Sales and payments
Sales must be finally closed to justify payments. If a customer withdraws the purchase or pays using an invalid credit card, we share the loss fairly, which means that we earn nothing and you earn nothing.
You should expect this to happen in some few percent of the sales. The best way of avoiding it is to refer a few percent more customers and ensure that the information you provide potential customers is correct. |
